Northern Rivers Auto Electrical are a team of professional and reliable auto-electricians with years of experience. Owner and operator, Jarrad began his apprenticeship here in February 2004, before taking over ownership of the business. Our team works with various vehicle types and specialises in all auto electrical areas including diagnostics. Mobile and on-site repairs are also available upon request.

We offer high quality, reliable auto electrician services to the Northern Rivers area and surrounds including Wollongbar, Alstonville, Lismore and Ballina. With well over sixteen years of experience, our team has seen it all. Our operating hours are from 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 8am to 2:30pm on Fridays.

Our Process:

Our process is streamlined and simplified to ensure that it remains stress-free and clear for our customers. We begin by having a chat with you on the phone and getting a feel for the issue. Our friendly team will ask you a few questions to try and ‘pre-diagnose’ the problem. We then book you in at the earliest time possible.

After you bring the vehicle in we spend between 30 to 60 minutes on the job, assessing the best course of action. Our team can provide you with a rough price guide over the phone, however it is very difficult without physically viewing the issue. After the assessment, we give you a call and provide an accurate quote and diagnosis. For smaller jobs, we will fix it within that 30 to 60-minute diagnosis time.
