Our Process: How it Works

Northern Rivers Auto Electrical are flexible and reliable, ensuring each customer is only without their vehicle for a minimal amount of time. We ask you some questions over the phone to assess the repair, while booking an appointment. We are unable to provide quotes until we have viewed the vehicle, as it is nearly impossible for them to be accurate. Our pricing is always fair and as low as possible. After bringing the vehicle in, we spend 30 to 60 minutes diagnosing the issue and then phone you with a quote and issue report. Following that, we make the repairs and hand the vehicle back over.
